Fees

          Re-enrollment (by March 5) $75 per student ($150 family maximum) *            
          Enrollment (after March 8) $125 per student ($250 family maximum) * 
          Books (Kindergarten) $100 per student (payable at August registration) 
          Books (1 – 12) $150 per student (payable at August registration) 
          Other Fees (e.g., yearbook, activity, etc.) Varies (payable at August registration)

Secondary (7 – 12) $5100

Discounts

          Grace Church Member 5% less than full-tuition rate
         
Multiple Students
              
2nd child 5% less than full-tuition rate
              
3rd child 10% less than full-tuition rate
              
4th child 25% less than full-tuition rate
              
5th child 50% less than full-tuition rate

Referrals

          If a family enrolls at GCS as the result of your referral, you will receive a $100
          credit on your next month’s bill. To be eligible for this credit, a specific name
          must be listed on the New Family Application.

Pre-Pay Rebate

          Full year 2.5% reduction of full-tuition rate
         
Semester 1.25% reduction of full-tuition rate for each semester

          To receive this rebate, tuition for the first semester or the entire year must be 
          received by July 15. If you pay on a semester basis, the second semester must be 
          received by December 15.

          Families registering after August 1 must pre-pay within two weeks of acceptance 
          to receive the pre-pay rebate.

          Note: Pre-pay rebates will not be given unless the payment is received per the
          preceding guidelines.

Tuition Assistance           School families may apply for tuition assistance. Please contact the school office
           for additional information.
