Fees
Re-enrollment (by March 20) $75 per student ($150 family maximum) *
Enrollment (after March 23) $125 per student ($250 family maximum) *
Books (Kindergarten) $100 per student (payable at registration)

Other Fees Varies (payable at August registration)
* Enrollment fees include a non-refundable $25 testing fee for new students

Discount
Grace Church Member 5% less than full-tuition rate
Multiple Students
2nd child 5% less than full-tuition rate
All additional children 10% less than full-tuition rate
Referrals
If a family enrolls at GCS as the result of your referral, you will receive a $100 credit on your next month’s bill. To be eligible for this credit, a specific name must be listed on the New Family Application.
Pre-Pay Rebate
Full year 2.5% reduction of full-tuition rate
Semester 1.25% reduction of full-tuition rate for each semester
Families registering after August 1 must pre-pay within two weeks of acceptance to receive the pre-pay rebate.
Payments
Monthly payments are based on a 10-month payment plan with the first payment due no later than August 6. This is the final day of school registration. Subsequent monthly payments (September – May) are due by the fifteenth of each month. A late fee of 5% will be assessed for payments received after the fifteenth of each month.
