          Referrals
                   If a new student enrolls at GCS as the result of your referral, you will receive a $250 deduction
                   for each student referred and enrolled at GCS on your 2011-12 school bill. To be eligible for
                   this discount, your name must be listed on the New Family Application.

          Pre-pay Discounts
                   Full Year                               2.5% reduction of full-tuition rate
                   Semester                              1.25% reduction of full-tuition rate for each semester

                        *To receive this discount, tuition for the first semester or the entire year must be
                              received by July 15, 2011. If you pay on a semester basis, the second semester must be
                              received by December 15, 2011.

                        *Families registering after August 1st must pre-pay within two weeks of acceptance to
                              receive the pre-payment discount.

                        Note:  Pre-payment discounts will not be given unless the payment is received per
                               the preceding guidelines.

Payments               

Each family will receive a Tuition Summary from the Business Office after the enrollment process is completed. Payments will be made online through FACTS Management Company, the tuition management service we have partnered with for the upcoming school year. You will be receiving an Initial Invoice from them with information as to how to set up your account and make your payments. Check or cash payments can no longer be processed at GCS.
