While maintaining the 21st century instructional approach, our high school curriculum focuses on preparation for the next chapter in life, especially college. Students have an opportunity to pursue one of two diplomas - a college preparatory degree (Core 40) or a college preparatory degree with honors, with courses in math, language arts, foreign languages, fine arts and more. High school students also benefit from retreats and other community building events that allow for spiritual reflection and growth.
High school students are required to earn 25 hours of community service per year of attendance at GCS.
Granger Christian School also offers Seven Star, an online education solution that gives opportunities for secondary students to take high school credit classes, dual credit classes or AP classes.
To apply for federal student aid, you need to complete the FAFSA, or Free Application for Federal Student Aid. Completing and submitting the FAFSA will give you access to the largest source of financial aid to pay for college or a career school. States will also use the FAFSA to determine eligibility for state and individual school aid. Some Private financial aid providers may also require the FAFSA to determine eligibility.
21st Century Scholars
Earning the 21st Century Scholarship provides students up to four years of undergraduate tuition at any participating public college or university in Indiana. If you attend a private college, the state will award an amount comparable to that of a four-year public college. If you attend a participating proprietary (for-profit) school, the state will award a tuition scholarship equal to that of Ivy Tech Community College of Indiana.
Homework isn’t always easy. That’s why the Homework Hotline is here to help. It’s a free math and science tutoring service for Indiana students in grades 6-12.
Tutors are Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology students who major in math, science or engineering—which means they’re more than equipped to help with virtually any math or science homework problem.
